GENERAL

 

1.     How do I find a product?

You can choose to navigate through our online store, refer to categorized groups on the top or left side (phone) of the screen, or you can narrow your search by typing keywords into our search bar on the top-right side of the screen.

 

2.     What are your size conversions?

It is strongly recommended that you refer to our Size Guide prior to making any purchase. For bags and accessories, you may refer to the general measurements provided in the product details.

 

3.     How do I use my gift voucher/coupon in my purchase?

To activate the gift voucher or coupon in your purchase:

·        Login to your Corgi account.

·        Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to cart.

·        Click on the cart icon.

·        Select the 'Use Gift Voucher' option under the 'What would you like to do next?'

OR

·        Select the ‘Use Coupon’ option under the ‘What would you like to do next?’

·        Key in the gift voucher code stated.

·        Click on checkout.

 

4.     How can I change/cancel my order?

Once payment has been made and the product has been shipped, it is not possible for you to cancel or change the product. You can, however, proceed to exchange or refund the item after receiving your order.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

1.     Where do you ship to?

As of now, we only ship within Malaysia (East & West) for the time being.

 

2.     What are the shipping charges?

3.     When do I expect to receive my parcel?

All orders placed before 2pm will be processed and dispatched the next day to the courier company, POSLAJU. Thereafter, it normally takes 1 -2 working days for POSLAJU to deliver the parcel to your doorstep. Please note that this does not include public holidays and weekends.

 

4.     Which courier company do you use?

POSLAJU is our default courier company at the moment.

 

5.     How do I check my order status?

Email notifications will be sent out to your registered mailbox to keep you updated on your order status. You will receive payment and order confirmation emails soon after your order is placed successfully, followed by shipping notification email with your tracking info after the parcel has been dispatched.

 

6.     Who can I contact if I haven't received my parcel?

Please contact us at wecare@corgifashion.com if your parcel does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

7.     How do I change my shipping details, after I have placed my order?

Contact us as soon as you can via email at wecare@corgifashion.com (10:00am-6:00pm) and we'll try our best to assist you. Unfortunately, if the item has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order.

Corgi caters to diverse payment methods. All payments are securely processed through iPay88, a reputable online merchant owned by Mobile88 (an MSC status company). The payment methods are as follows:-

Also, please include your order ID (which will be sent shortly after)  in the comments of the bank transfer for us to match up your order. Kindly take note that payment must be made within 2 working days. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. 

 

PICKUP FROM STORE SERVICE​

 

1.     Can I pick up an order purchased online at your physical store?

If you live nearby Publika, in-store pickup is the quickest and easiest way to receive your online order. You will get the benefit of being able to try on the item(s) right away in-store and easily return and exchange the item(s) if need be; without bearing any shipping fees.

It will take 1-2 working days from the date of your order to its arrival in-store. We will inform you via email once your order is available for pickup in our physical store.

 

2.     I want to select the option for in-store pickup; how do I do that?

After selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply click checkout. Once you’re redirected to the next page, select the option of ‘Pickup from Store’ found at ‘Step 4: Delivery Method’.

3.     I chose the ‘Pickup from Store’ option; when can I come pickup my order?

It will take 1-2 working days from the date of your order to its arrival in-store. We will inform you via email once your order is available for pickup in our physical store.

 

4.     I chose the ‘Pickup from Store’ option, but I won’t be the person picking it up; how do I proceed?

To avoid any confusion, please contact us via email at wecare@corgifashion.com or via telephone at +603-6206 1939 with the first and last name of the person who will be picking up your order.

 

5.     I chose the ‘Pickup from Store’ option, but I won’t be able to pick it up after all; what do I do?

Don’t worry; if neither you, nor a friend can pick up your order, we will ship it to the address of your choice once you pay the applicable shipping fee. Our flat shipping rate is RM 10, unless order total is RM 100 and above, where your order is applicable for free shipping fee. Simply do so by contacting us via email at wecare@corgifashion.com.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

1.     Can I exchange items purchased online? If so, how?

Yes! We do offer exchanges only for the same item in a different size/colour. However, if the item you wish to exchange for is out-of-stock at the moment, you may exchange for another item at the same price purchased. Simply fill in the Return/Exchange Form and place it along with your return item.

If you would like to do your exchange in-store, simply bring your return item and Return/Exchange Form along with you and mention about the matter to one of our store staff. However, please take note that items purchased online can't be exchanged with items in store. Our physical store only acts as a drop-off and pick up point. 

Once we have received the return item, the exchange item will be sent to you within 3-5 working days by mail to the address of your original order. We will inform you via email once the exchange item has been shipped.

Please take note that exchanges and returns are only valid ONCE for the same order.

 

2.     How do I return my item?

If you wish to return your item, simply fill out the Return/Exchange Form that came along with your order and post it to the address stated OR if you wish to return the item to our physical store, just bring your return item along with the Return/Exchange Form and mention about the matter to one of our store staff.

Once we have received your return item, we will process you a full refund at the price of the item bought in voucher at our online store NOT through your original payment method.

Please take note that exchanges and returns are only valid ONCE for the same order.

 

3.     Do I have to pay the shipping costs of returning my item?

We will not bear any shipping fees on your part of delivering the return item to the address appointed, unless we are at fault (ex. Defect, wrong order, etc.).

However, if you live near Publika, you can feel free to drop-off your return item to our physical store. Our store staff will gladly assist you on the matter.

 

4.     I wish to do an return/exchange in-store but I forgot to bring my Return/Exchange Form, what do I do?

Don’t worry, our staff will be more than willing to help you! Just mention to one of our store staff about this matter and they will give you a new Return/Exchange Form for you to fill in.

 

5.     When can I receive my exchange item?

Upon receiving your exchange item, it will take 3-5 working days for our team to process your exchange and deliver it via courier.

 

6.     How long do I have to return/exchange my item and to what address do I mail it to?

You have 14 days from the order date to have it reach our team with the delivery details of:

7.     Can I return my online purchase(s) at your physical store?

Yes! You can easily return your online purchase(s) in-store. Just remember to fill in the details in the return/exchange form that came along with your order and bring it along with you.

Please note that after our staff has received your return item, you’ll have to wait for 3-5 working days before the refund through vouchers take place.

 

8.     Can I drop off my exchange item from my online purchase(s) at your physical store?

Yes! Our physical store acts as a drop-off and pick-up point. Just remember to fill in the details in the return/exchange form that came along with your order and bring it along with you.

Please note that after our staff has received your exchange item, you’ll have to wait for 3-5 working days before our E-Shop team processes your exchange and ship it to the mailing address stated on your original order.

Please take note that, exchange on the spot is strictly not available.

 

9.     Can I exchange the item I purchased online with items in your physical store?

Unfotunately, no. Our online store is managed by a different management and does not practice the same policies or management as Corgi's physical store management team. Our physical store only acts as a drop-off and pick-up point for our valued customers. 

 

10.     I want to collect my exchange item from your physical store, what do I do?

Just contact us via email at wecare@corgifashion.com as soon as possible. However, if your exchange item has been shipped, we will not be able to assist you on this matter.
